I’m finally taking the time to do this, but I’m sick of asking for food items and getting the opposite to what you ask for. Every time I order a wrap or sandwich and ask for no sauce, it comes with sauce. It’s simple but I’m sick of paying and then get something I don’t won’t. I would stay far away from Tim Hortons New Minas, the staff can’t get anything right.

Hi I was on this Tim Hortons today. I had three survey coupons. I wanted to use my survey coupons here on this Tim. The cash counter girl asked supervisor for the permission. And she was too rude to say that three coupons can’t be used at once. I asked to use two if not three. One tall height turban guy came over and said we can’t use those because our manager doesn’t allow it to use these coupons for French vanilla. The guy behaved rudely to us. Lots of staff who were friendly but service was extremely slow despite having a lot of staff on. Wait times to place an order in-store were very long
