Additional.. Fewer seats since the reno and not very accommodating, also, why bother putting in 2 tills when they only ever use 1 no matter how long the line of customers is. When you have 4 people waiting at the counter you should not carry on sweeping, honestly, the service here is getting worse. Too much concentration on drive thru, counter service suffering the consequences.
I stopped by this Tim Hortons location and ended up walking away without ordering a single thing. While waiting at the walk up window, I overheard what appeared to be a supervisor openly trash talking another employee to a coworker and even a customer. Not constructive criticism. Not professional feedback. Just straight up belittling. Best store ever. Woodstock, Beardsley rd, gave my daughter her 1st job
Useless location. Extremely slow. Have several times, since it's only 1 or 2 Tim Hortons in town. Have had to have mobile orders refunded once I arrive because they are out of products that should be available mid to late morning (i.e cold brew). Understandable in the middle of the night. However, to have similar issues multiple times points to poor management and poor understanding of your restaurant
