Why is it so hard to have chicken noodle soup available for lunchtime also if its not available, remove it from the app!!
Terrible customer service
Don't order anything with filling if you actually expect filling. This has happened far too often for me to believe it was a simple mistake. Today (10/11/2025), I was served a croissant with like three crumbs of biscoff on it and absolutely zero filling. Don't get me started on the boston cream donuts (especially since somebody had gall to charge extra because they're "specialty" donuts. There's nothing special about disappointment).
