I rarely get the food or drink I asked for made right and each time I do its made differently or stale
Absolute joke. You wait for 15 mins in the drive through to be ignored at the speaker for another 10 min. Then I drive up and get attitude from the lady at the window. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Not worth your time. They don’t care about customer service, put little effort into making the food and are rude. It’s sad to see what this company has turned into.
At the window the lady told me “oh, I guess you get a large earl grey” and just handed me my unheated (I asked for it to be toasted and they took a tone with me to say that can’t toast it, just heat it?) herb pastry and the rest of my order. I’m baffled and appalled
