The sign says open at 5:00 AM but the store was still closed with no notice or explanation. No one had the courtesy to inform waiting customers. I. Had to all the other three vehicles to tell them, so at least they didn’t have to wait and waste their time. When I called, staff said they didn’t know and told me to wait another 20 minutes. Also, they rarely give napkins at the drive-thru unless you ask. Very poor customer service. Went after opening it and order food but no cutlery in bags. Came on a Sunday morning lineup was out the kazoo for both the drive through and in store but the tellers were still nice and patient and the food still came at a relative good time despite all the madness!!
