Staff wasnt friendly. Short staffed, so drive thru and front waited to be served for about 15-20 mins. Most of the items are not available. Wanted a quick coffee for the break but stayed for a long time.
Good customer service
This is my stopping point every trip I make to either Mable Lake, Vernon or Vancouver. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Though I have never had an issue, the manager was dealing with one with another customer. He was professional, courteous and made sure the customer was satisfied, which they were! Keep up the good work!
