The staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly towards me and overall had a very nice atmosphere. The person making my Club did a beautiful job; the person working the counter communicated throughly with me in making sure I got exactly what I wanted; and the person working in the back was very insightful about the operations of Tim Hortons. Excellent work!!

⭐️ 1 star for her! Very poor service. The staff member closed the window in my face and only gave one straw for two drinks. I had to wait for a while before she came back and reopened the window so I could ask for another straw. If you choose to work in customer service, you should have a better service mindset.
