Super friendly staff and fast service
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Really appreciate the team’s hard work and positive attitude. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations. Highly recommended!

would like to file a complaint about an employee named Yohn at your Ponoka, Alberta location during the night shift. He refused to give me my drink even though I had already paid for my order online. I felt disrespected and unfairly treated, and I am concerned that racial discrimination may have been involved. Please investigate this incident and take appropriate action. I expect all customers to be treated with respect and fairness. Sincerely,
I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons during the night. I was driving a large truck with a trailer, so it was not possible for me to go through the drive-thru safely. I went to the drive-thru window and asked if I could buy a coffee, but they refused to serve me.(14 oct 2026) 01:30 am
