Poor Paulo, he seems to struggle with communication skills and fail to complete orders in any timely fashion. He could not get any help to finish off an order of three drinks. He got the oreo ice cap made and just went about taking more orders and completing their orders while we stood there for about 18 minutes waiting on a large coffee and an xl french vanilla. On the way to Calgary I took stop at Tim Hortons but surprisingly it was my worst ever experience with this place. The staff is so rude, so unprofessional and Mannerless. They don't know anything about customer service and pathetic attitude towards their customer.really disappointed with them
