the franchise is busy and the employees were taking their time doing orders, on their phones. It is unprofessional.
My husband and I stopped by, washroom break and food, and the staff seemed more interested in whatever joke they had going, than helping the line that was almost out the door. We ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap, and the chicken was soggy, lettuce was dark and tasted old, and there were strings of something yellow, inside. We weren't able to finish. We will not be stopping here again.
