The evening worker today, on May 4 at 9PM, at this Tim Hortons did not enter our order correctly. We had ordered 10 timbits and a regular iced capp for 5$, a promo found within our Tim Hortons app which we showed her. She saw this and scanned it. When we received our order, we were only given 3 timbits and an iced coffee. Upon respectfully asking her to correct our order, she made fun of us to her other coworker, insulting us and calling us liars, and that we had said iced coffee and 3 timbits, and not iced capp and 10 timbi... read more
