I’ve been a regular customer at Tim Hortons for years, but today was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. , the lady manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a simple question about my order being wrong, and instead of helping politely, she responded with a very disrespectful attitude, as if I was bothering her.
