We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons around 9:30 pm.. We stopped in to make a purchase and use the washrooms. My wife and our two daughters bought their items and politely asked when the washrooms would be finished being cleaned. The older, shorter female employee told them “a few minutes,” so they came back out to the vehicle to wait. After about 15 minutes, the washroom door was still blocked with the cleaning bar.
