I was in the drive thru just now one of the staffs as she saw my badge said “ i did my oil change there worst place “ rudely If you have any problem you can post a review or go to corporate but behaving rudely when someone is trying to get their food or when you see that person outside work is definitely inappropriate
Morning manager lacks empathy. I had to go bathroom and it was really urgent and she won’t open door and said store is opening after 5 mins. Why would you want someone suffer for 5 minutes? Have some empathy .
Every single time that I’ve ever went here, I’ve had a not so great experience. Begin to, staff is extremely rude. Every time. Without fail. There’s this one lady in particular that I see almost every time i’m assuming she must be the manager that everyone else is talking about she’s extremely unfriendly and not good at customer service, which is weird for someone working in a job where customer service is sort of necessary.
