VERY Kind kid at the front counter, He looks new but he makes it up with a smile in his face not to mention a very fast fella, Food was delivered with care, not to mention the atmosphere full of laughter. I would go here specifically anytime if i had been living in strathmore. note: i would've given a higher score than 5, i am very happy with the service you guys providing.

Ever since the renovation, this Tim Hortons has gone downhill. It’s obvious they are trying to push people to order on the touch screens or on their phones, because now when you go up to the counter they basically ignore you. I don’t want to talk to a robot, I want to talk to a person. When the staff does finally notice you, they tend to be rushed more than they used to be, even when there’s no line up. There’s also way less seating than there used to be, which is a shame as this town needs more places for people to gather.
I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons on Pine Road. The staff are friendly, patient, and quick with my orders. The place is clean, and my coffee and food are always fresh. I appreciate the consistent service every time I visit. Thank you for making my mornings smoother!
