Painfully slow all the time. I've ended up leaving on a number of occasions due to the line just not progressing.
I love going in to this Tim Hortons lately, the staff are always friendly, the washrooms and tables are clean, and my order is most often made exactly to my liking. When a mistake is made staff always take accountability and make it right for me.
Always liked berwicks tim Hortons no drive through sucks but atmosphere is good inside always good people
The place was absolutely filthy, dirt and grime all over the floor, tables and walls. The staff were nice. Unfortunately service was slow probably due to not enough worker to tend to customers and cleaning. Sandwich was still cold and room temperature. I watched him warm the food so there’s a concern that maybe the ovens etc may not be working the way they should.
Seeing as this was the state of the bathroom when I went in, I do wonder about the cleaning habits of the establishment. Tables have been dirty and crumby on multiple occasions & the door has been broken for some time now.
