The worst Tim Hortons experience I have ever had. I have had to drive back three separate times now because my drive-thru orders were incorrect. What’s more frustrating than the mistakes is the complete lack of accountability; there is never an apology for the inconvenience or the wasted gas. The staff are mechanical and indifferent—they simply swap the item and move on without a word. Incompetent service and very poor customer care. Always double-check your bag before pulling away.
