I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. I ordered a simple wrap and a drink, but ended up waiting 25–30 minutes for my order. That’s an unreasonable amount of time for such a basic meal. The whole point of going to Tim Hortons is convenience and quick service, and this experience was the exact opposite.
