I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The staff were very friendly and provided quick service. One of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. My order was fresh and prepared perfectly. The environment was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I really appreciate the team’s hard work and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others!
I used to order here often but the drink ( tea or dripped coffee) is always left with a two to three inch room. When I asked the staff to top up, they didn’t want to do it. I don’t know why they make drinks like this. It’s not happening at other Tim Hortons. Food (mostly lunch that I ordered) is ok at this location.

Customer service is terrible, line all the way to the door, employees are talking and not making the line a priority.
