Ordered uber eats, ice capp and food etc. They dont even send a straw? I get that your company likes to save money by employing anybody and accidents happen but its a constant issue and for something as simple as a straw? 1 drink sold 1 straw in bag. Simple
Don't how you screw a my order, but you did. Xl dark roast, double, double. 20 piece tidbits with cream fill. There is no point giving me a link to your corporate customer service. Your staff is poorly trained, do not know what they are doing , or don't care. How can they screw up on a 2 item order, but they did and your response is talk to corporate. That is the problem. Basically not taking charge of your staff.
