I visited the Tim Hortons on Getz Avenue around 2 a.m. and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I waited almost 20 minutes for my order even though the drive-thru was not busy at all. The staff inside seemed completely careless — instead of serving customers, they were busy chatting. The bathrooms were disgusting, the men's bathroom didn't even have soap, the lady who served us did so with disgust, when she gave us the three sandwiches we had ordered, she didn't even know what type of sandwich each one was, they gave us a mocha ice cup without the milk that it has, making the excuse that they understood that our order was like that and when we went to complain about the inconvenience, they treated us like idiots and were annoyed, honestly, horrible customer service

By far the worst Tim's I've ever been. Order for a mocca ice cap without the whipped cream, and they gave it to me without the mocha cream, meaning just chocolate. When I complained about how they had done it wrong, they got defensive, saying it was our fault and raising their voices to make us shut up. By far the worst service I've ever received.

Terrible service. They messed up an order, and when we kindly asked for a replacement, their staff yelled at us and treated us badly — even the supervisor. Worst 40 dollars ever spent.
