I ordered food through the drive-thru on December 2nd around 10:50 AM. While my wife was eating her Farmer’s Wrap in the parking lot, she found a hair stuck inside it, hanging from the bottom. I immediately went inside to report it. The staff apologized, issued a refund, and made a replacement wrap. We had to leave for an appointment, but shortly after, we discovered **another** hair inside the second wrap—this time wrapped together with the egg and bacon.
