Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed with my experience. After waiting quite a while in the drive-through, I only received part of my order and the drink was incorrect (though I didn’t mind that as much). When I realized some food was missing, I had to go back through the drive-through since I had my newborn and toddler in the car. They replaced the missing cookie, but when I finally took a bite, it was undercooked. I love Tim Hortons! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff & very helpful when placing an order. My husband & I come to Timmies every day, to meet up with friends & sometimes make a new friend. We're retired & it makes our day, gets us out of the house, so yes Timmies is the best
Male worker couldn’t understand me took my change and messed up my order my friend was charged double what the cost was
