If you want to feel like an inconvenience, simply visit this location! By far the worst group of staff possible of any business in Lambton County. There’s one woman in particular who usually takes orders that clearly doesn’t value the fact she even has a job as it’s very evident when she speaks, she sounds so depressed over a job so simple. I’m sorry, but if you’re that stressed over working at Tim Horton’s, simply quit and allow someone who will actually appreciate working to take your place. Normally this Tim Hortons is okay but there was a bite out of one of the timbits. The lady on the phone said sour cream glaze can look like they have a bit mark but there is a bite out of it. To her defence she did offer me a new box but that’s disgusting.

One time, I placed a mobile order, and two female staff members created a scene, even though I had the order name and number as a photo on my phone. They made me very anxious because I thought I might have made a mistake with my order. Despite being polite and not raising my voice, one of the women kept giving me a scowl. Thankfully, the manager on duty was able to help me sort everything out. However, ever since that incident, I’ve been avoiding Tim Hortons.
