Too busy
I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons. The staff at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt completely ignored while waiting at the counter — no greeting, no eye contact, and when I did get served, the employee seemed annoyed by my questions.
It was 12:45 PM on a Monday. Only one pill of the two was open, and the wait was exceptionally long. Came from travelling from Edmonton, and even though the staff seem deficient, this Tim Hortons really needed to have both tills open as it was lunch hour
I usually call in here on my way from Edmonton to BC. Always great service here, love it.
