I really like this Tim's! It's clean, well organized, the staff are friendly, and even when the drive through is busy they manage to keep everything flowing for customers at the counter. I've only ever had one issue with an incomplete item on my order, and they dealt with it immediately, giving me the best customer service I could have hoped for. Poor Management. I only saw two young boys working. One at drive thru and other one preparing food. There should be more staff at the evening. I saw them working under pressure and they were missing food items while handing out food to the customers. I asked one of them about the manager but no one was there.
