I wish that this location could get it together. I'd tell them myself if you could reach someone on the phone. It's common to get coffee instead of the ordered tea, raw cold congealed bacon in sandwiches, forgotten parts of your order, lids that are not on, lukewarm beverages, rude staff on d/t (is that all? Is that all? Repeated 4 times) and salty tasting coffee sometimes. ugh! I wish it was a better spot. It's a prime location that would be busier if they could get their act together.
Location is terrible. Service is bad, and on top of that never heard of a location that doesn’t give or allow you to pay for a cup of water/ice. They don’t even give sleeves in a whole black cup of coffee, how is someone suppose to hold a piping hot cup
Normally always a 5 star rating but today I got a bacon everything pizza and that is something that shouldn't be on the menu. Its disgusting. It shouldnt be called pizza - its just flatbread with garlic spread and a couple hunks of bacon. Thwy call it everything because of tge spice but us old school guys still think everything means every ingredient. I would have to say this is gotta to be the worst Tim Hortons in Canada the ones that do work here most of them can’t speak English constantly running out of food or messing up orders and its every day Shutting the counter sales down to do drive-through only because they’re down one or two staff members not to mention the 20 mints drive thru times. This place has got to get with the program or just shut it down It’s an absolute disgrace of a Tim Hortons.
