Amazing customer service
Worst, slowest service I've ever experienced, and it's on the daily... waiting 30min in line with only 2 people in front of me WITH 2 staff behind the counter.... worst rated tims
I don’t like giving negative reviews but beware of this location. Any time we’ve come to this Tim Horton’s, the service is terrible. There are also flies in the donut case, which is often near empty anyway. This time, it took a couple of minutes to even be greeted even though the store was empty and there were two people working. There was a basket of donuts outside the case on the counter and the case was empty. Why? My husband asked if they are selling the donuts, and he was told yes.
