I don't go to Tim Hortons often, and each time I do, go I'm reminded as to why I avoid going there. The drive thru long was line, which I knew what I was getting into when we saw the line to begin with. When we finally got to the speaker, my husband looked directly at the speaker, spoke clearly when asked "what can I get for you" and was met with an "I can't hear you."
