The service by McKenna this afternoon was great. Customer service was top notch. Very polite and courteous! Will definitely visit again.
Why does it take 30 min in line for coffee? The line up isn't even long. Terrible service.
If you want a barely toasted, cold bagel with actual globs of butter and little hints of herb and garlic cream cheese (when you asked for a plain bagel toasted with butter) this is the place for you. Can we learn what toasted actually means please??
