I travel from our farm in Creemore to Amherstburg 3 times every week, rain or shine and the staff here always get it right!
We ordered are food, pulled up to the waiting area waiting over 35 minutes. We got tired of waiting and went inside to ask how much longer for are food. They forgot we ordered and that we were waiting. Staff didn’t know who was supposed to be making what.we waited another 15 minutes for a chicken parm flat bread and the supreme stack. No refund or anything offered. When I got home to eat the supreme stack it was burnt to a crisp and Soggy. After making us wait 35 minutes i can’t believe they would serve this. They need to have a better phone order system. What’s the point of placing an online order to pick up if it takes 20 minutes and for someone to ask what are you waiting for.
