Hasbrowns were really really bad
They didn't get the offer right, didn't add whipped cream and not a good place overall.
Washroom always locked. Need to ask the staff to unlock. I've seen many of tim's having this problems. It's you guys doesn't want to clean it too often or what. Don't forget it's a food service. You always have to provide services when you have dine in.
Poor service, lack of communication from the team with new staff that need support
Service is super slow, they took more than 10 minutes to take the order while there was only 2 customer ahead of us. After placing order we waited for another 10 min and didn't get order, and upon asking found no one was making our order. Well someone made it but it was a mess. There is power outlet to charge your phone or laptop.
