THEY SERVED ME A STALE SESAME BAGEL THAT SMELLED BAD, AND WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN IT TO THEM, THEY GAVE ME A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE INSTEAD OF SAYING SORRY! I LEFT AFTER THAT ENCOUNTER WITH EMPLOYEES WHO DISPLAYED ZERO PROFESSIONALISM.
