I had a great experience at Tim Hortons recently, and I especially want to appreciate Taran for the excellent service. Taran was very friendly, polite, and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. The service was quick, and everything was fresh and delicious. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, and Taran truly made my visit enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Une employée du nom de Harley (je ne suis pas certaine de l’orthographe) a eu une attitude particulièrement impolie, arrogante et très peu professionnelle. Pour commencer, elle ne parlait pas du tout français et semblait me faire sentir que j’étais en tort. J’ai commandé un latte caramel glacé en français. Another long wait(over 15 minutes) to pick up a delivery order. I will keep 1 starring your restaurants until you figure out how to meet delivery times. This ruins the job(we make less than minimum wage when we consistently wait this long).
