If I could give a zero star I would. There is never any food for the night shift. All we can order is drinks. What's the point of being open. The employees can't even prioritize pre-ordered coffee before break we end up waiting in lines while they cater to pre-orders. We should get rid of this useless kiosk.

Employees only but it doesn’t say on app, manager is really stingy and doesn’t refund, even when speaking over the phone and chatting with support, they all ignored me, AVOID TIM HORTONS it’s not the same as it used to be, when you hire careless employees, expect careless service and food
Accidentally ordered to here using the app, which did not mention it is employee only, emailed their support multiple times telling me they will get in contact with me which they never did, has ignored multiple emails from me and attempts to get my reimbursement, manager is avoiding contacting me it’s been 2 months i just want my farmers wrap and double double back. Very disappointed with tim hortons customer service, no matter the price, it’s the principle.
Best thing is all drivers are allowed Entry near big loblaw sign near dock 074 just buzz and enter.
