Getting something from Tim Hortons and having the whole order wrong with missing items makes it feel diabolical or personal. All I wanted was something to eat. You never know what someone is going through and mistakes happen but to get the entire order wrong is unreal. This is the last time I'm spending my money on Tim Hortons. I don't even want to drink the iced coffee I ordered because I don't trust it.
The worst cafe in Montreal goes to .. What a chaos.
Horrible customer service.
I'm not sure what his name was, but the dark-haired guy making drinks around 12:30PM on Friday, October 2nd, made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. He was snapping at his coworkers and being unprofessional right in front of the customers. His energy made all of us uncomfortable and he should be properly trained, and should not be rude to his colleagues.
Love my Timmy’s coffee and my breakfast trio in the morning. Those Harry Potter donuts are quite good too.
