Whoever runs this franchise is failing miserably. 2 employees is not enough. I stood there for 10 minutes just waiting for my order to be taken and it’s not even the staffs fault! They cannot take all the in person orders and the self checkout orders from the touchscreen at the same time. Theres one person making sandwiches and then the other poor employee has to run back and forth with orders on both side. I understand trying to cut costs but all you’ve done is make it so id rather switch brands than deal with a 15 min wait... read more

With the first bite of my donut I feel like I will throw up now abs still I have stomachache I could not even eat that. Awful. Not clean enough I won’t buy anything from Tim’s anymore
