update. I got a call from a manager. she said it's really because of certain milk product that they don't use anymore. and they're also waiting for a feedback from the company of the milk product. According to her, it's still safe since it's stilll milk, and the problem was solved after they changed the milk. ------ I go here often in the early morning to pick up coffee before I go to work. slow service but it's ok, I wouldn't expect high quality service at Tim. Employée à la caisse souriante, restaurant propre, mais le service presque 100% anglophone alors que nous sommes au Québec me déçoit profondément. Mon sandwich BLT et mes quartiers ont pris 10 minutes avant le service en plein dans l'heure du dîner. Décevant.

Always out of stock of something. It's really inconsistent. I place an order for a timatin on a plain bagel. I paid for it, just to be told a few seconds later they don't have plain bagels and sesame bagels.
