If Google offers a 0 star option thwt would be best! I was in the drive thru ordering for my son Extremely rude and unprofessional! She gives me the drink with whip all over the lid. I will never return again and usually come there frequently. Tim hortons needs to RETRAIN their staff on what customer service is and how to speak to their customers. Horrible people and customer service.
I placed an order through the drive through. When I was about to pay they told me the scanner was not working. They should have told us before placing the order so we know. I lost 580 points as a result of this. Even the main office won't help and reimburse my points. I'm very disappointed with both the store and head quarter service.
