I just gor my 2 wrong Coffees. Is not the firts time They make mistake at this place where every Sunday i used to come. I ordered with a person that probably has ear plugs, 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. I said only 3 milks. I said please not creams, please, over the microphones based in my others visits and my English pronunciation. I AM NOT CANADIAN. Right at the windows I got only one sandwich at coffees with cream. Probably the worst tims of all. Hires a certain demographic that can't speak or understand english properly. Gave me ice and milk in the name of vanilla cream cold brew
Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even looked at us to take our order. This is the slowest location I have been to in years and this location has been this way for several years. A Saturday evening and there are a lot of antique cars on location there should be better service there.
Coffee is not consistent, I always order Dark roast regular, but sometimes I get doubledouble or with some flavored creamer , or a very old batch atleast an hour old and not hot enough sometimes. Please try to maintain consistency in coffee after all you are a coffee shop.
