I always ask for no Ice for my Iced Coffee because I don't want it watered down, and have more coffee just like all other branches. This place literally kept it not full. Also there was zero interaction on the drive thru: no good morning, no answer when I asked how are you... "what do you want" !!! And when at window, no interaction: x amount. Debit? One of the worst experience with service, ordered a coffee and it’s not hot enough. When I said it’s not hot enough, Tim employee she said, that’s what she got. Kind of Take it or leave it way of response.
Stood in line with no one behind me for almost 15 minutes. Way too slow.
