Poor customer service and lack of understanding of orders taken at the drive through. Generally very rude
I ordered the caramel latte with oat milk and it is too watery looks like made with regular milk
Drive through was horrible - i ordered a steeped tea and they then decide to tell me at the drive through its not available because they just started brewing it, it takes about 3 minutes to brew it and they didnt want their drive through line clogged up so they said go to another tim hortons to get it.
