I went there on saturday for two medium ice coffees at drive thru with surveys around 4.30 pm. We gave the surveys to girl at window and she asked for payment then scan our card for scan an pay. But she did not apply our survey code and cut the whole payment around 6.50 dollar something. I checked the payment later so i was unable to go back to tell the issue. Even the girl at window has no name on her name tag badge. It was just a tag without tag. Very very bad experience
