Roona was very helpful and courteous.
Always always problem with every order and the worst is mobile order pick up at this location!!!!! Always always wait with the latte. Not a single time we drive through and get the latte. Always asked to wait at the parking lot. Either machine take time to heat or something else. They have to fix this issue! Especially in winter when you want hot latte and not suggested to change the order at check out.
Today I did make a mobile order around 10:15am. Waited for a few minutes, I have called upon for drinks and they asked me to collect the food at food counter. Then I waited for a few minutes and approached food counter by showing my mobile with order details, employee didn’t even look at it and simply asked me to check at the nearby counter where I got my drink in a rude manner. I ordered a oreo iced capp, and it was really good! It was the first time I had an oreo one. Also, the service and atmosphere are GREAT. And, a staff member named Virginia was kind, and friendly.
