Very disappointed with the customer service. The ladies working at the drive-thru are consistently rude and seem unhappy to be there. This has happened multiple times now—my tea is often wrong, and my bagel is either burned or overloaded with cream cheese to the point that I have to scrape it off myself. This shows a clear lack of care. Either the management needs to change, or the staff seriously need proper training. Very poor experience overall.
UPDATE... Since the rennovation. Everything has changed. better food quality and much faster in store service. My previous review is no longer relavent. past: Consistently LONG line up (in store) service is very slow. Food quality is also low Vs other Tim's. They use the wrong glaze or something... all their sour cream glazed, honey dip etc. Look wet always not shinny like they should it's weird. Brutal food quality
