Quick service, great quality and Ophilia is a fantastic manager and very kind.
One of the worst manager working here. They don’t know what is customer service. I placed a mobile order for steeped tea, waited for 10 minutes and when I asked for my order they gave me a cold one sitting over there for last 10 minutes. When I asked for fresh one the manager asked them to give refund. Manager was so rude, ruined my morning. Don’t change tea or coffee after 20 minutes of their freshness. Worst service.
Really disappointed from the fact that i got served with old potatoe wedges that were too old to eat and they were not even properly hot. 🧐
