I genuinely don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this particular Tim Hortons location has consistently provided the worst service I’ve experienced at any fast food establishment—ever. I’ve definitely noticed a big improvement at this Tim Hortons lately! The management seems to have really stepped up — everything feels more organized, cleaner, and the staff is way more friendly and efficient. My orders have been coming out right and fast every time. You can tell they care more now and it makes such a difference. Great job !!
