Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve ever had. We were served by an employee with a bandage on her cheek, and no name tag. At the drive-thru speaker, there was no greeting, just “You can give us your order.” From there, things only got worse. Our order was made incorrectly multiple times. We were given items we never ordered, including a steak sandwich, and a “cold brew” that was almost entirely cream with barely any coffee. I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. The service was extremely poor. It seemed like the store was short staffed, which resulted in very long wait times even for simple orders. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, which appears to happen quite often based on my visits. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what you would expect from a quick-service coffee shop. Management seriously needs to address the staffing and service issues here.
