The 2 people that where working at this tims at this time aprntly tryed charging me $2 insted of $0.20 for hot water and told me it was thare policy then I decided to Google it afterwards (screenshot attached) and it says $0.20 online
My son said Ruselle has a pretty smile others are not smiling when they take orders. She suggested to me the beef with onion sauce I like it
There is a new employee who have been working here at the north entrance approximately 2 months or so now. She seem to be very slow and always standing around not knowing what to do. She is standing while the other staff members are struggling to keep up with the usual rush. She needs to be more efficient and act with some sort of urgency.
Some crew are nice some are not. But I like Russell on the main side. She always has a cute smile every time she serves me.
