This location is such a hit or miss. I finally figured out to order from the Emergency location ONLY if I see the Asian girl with tattoos and purple hair. You can see her keeping the food station clean and making good food and drinks. Other people will make your order in a mess or get it wrong, with a frown. I order a BLT and other people will give me 2 pieces of bacon… The Asian girl will make it the original, classic Tim Hortons way and with a pleasant tone.
I asked for a cup of hot water to help a patient to take her medications while waiting for her uber ride pick up. The staff charged $2.10 as the price of a specialty tea. The manager said they don't sell water separately; I have to order as a drink. This is right inside the Trillium Hospital. Wow, unbelievable 👎

Its a serious complaint regarding the managers Marivic and Marilou at this Tim Hortons location. Their behavior is rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. They speak to customers with disrespect, even in front of others, showing a total lack of basic customer service and managerial skills.
