Could not resolve a simple dispute with good graces. I ordered a drink that was not available at this location, on the previous day I had ordered the same drink but was not able to pick it up. I asked for refunds on both, since tim hortons did not make either drinks. One of the nicer baristas was going to give me refunds for both in good faith, but then the other one suddenly stepped in and harshly shut down my request(citing non-existent legality on a grey area issue), showing extremely bad and unacceptable attitude and cus... read more
Very slow service today. There were hardly three people in the line, yet the team members were standing around looking at each other instead of taking orders. Please, management, work with the team on improving speed and efficiency, especially when there’s a lineup waiting. Customers shouldn’t have to wait unnecessarily when the store isn’t busy.
