Me and my friend went for an ice capp and they gave my friend black coffee. This was during the summer but it still infuriates me. It was packed but they still refused to remake claiming he asked for black coffee even thought the cashier barely spoke english. Extremely disappointed. He ended up throwing it out because he doesnt drink black coffee. This was summer 2025 but I was thinking about it today.
