I had a strange experience at this Tim Hortons location on June 27, 2026 around 9:30 PM. I placed an order of Frozen Matcha with the new berry Boba. When my order arrived, I had to confirm whether it was mine since I did not see the boba inside. The employee (I did not catch her name) confirmed that it was my order, and that she already added the boba to the drink, I just could not see it. It turns out there was no boba in the drink. Employees got attitude
This was my first time when I went to this location and this will definitely be my go to place now onwards. I have already sent this location to 10 different people to come and try because of the the unique menu which you can not find on all Tim Hortons. The staff was good and polite however i didn’t like my coffee. It wasn’t bad but I have had better before. Overall, it was fun and will definitely come back to try more things.
