I’ve been visiting this location almost every day for the past two years, but today I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a double-double, and when I tasted it, it didn’t taste like coffee at all—just water, cream, and sugar. I asked the staff to replace it, and the employee was kind enough to do so, but the second cup still tasted the same. I even saw the coffee coming from the pot, and it looked very watery and weak.
