amazing place but service was slow
Update: Ordered a retro drink cozy, they did not have it and would not refund me. Told me I have to reach out to the website. The website told me I have to wait 48 hours before they give me a response. I ordered five coffees on the app today and 2 of them were completely wrong (cafe mocha was just a dark roast, and the large double double was a black coffee) The third coffee was an xl double double with oatmilk and it seemed expired and had little chunks of oat milk in it.
Rude and full of attitude... if you dont like to work in customer service just dont work. SIMPLE
