I am a regular customer at this Tim Hortons as I work nearby. During my recent visit, I was served by Sandeep K. at the front counter and her behaviour was quite rude and unwelcoming. Despite me staying calm and politely placing my order, her harsh tone did not ease up at all. I want to point out that this is not the first time — I have witnessed this same attitude from her on multiple visits. I hope the management addresses this promptly…
Really disappointed with the customer service at Tim Hortons today. The lady at the counter was very rude and impatient while taking my order. I understand places get busy, but there’s no reason to speak to customers with attitude. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Definitely expected better service.
Serve always fresh food and coffee
They don’t even deserve one star 🤷. Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff at this Tim Hortons clearly have no understanding of basic customer service or even simple politeness. My order was completely messed up, and when I calmly asked about it, I was met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. What’s worse is the manager’s complete lack of leadership.
