I come to this Tim Hortons almost every day around 10:00 PM because I work nearby. The attitude from one female staff member working night shifts (I don’t know her name — she is short and wears glasses) is completely unacceptable. She is rude, ignores whatever I say, doesn’t listen properly to orders, and treats customers with open disrespect. Super annoying when they don’t get your question. I wanted a light base for the icedcapp, but staff had no idea and said it doesn’t come with any base :(
Great customer Service
We are regular customers who often visit during our work breaks to relax and enjoy coffee. Unfortunately, it has been very disappointing to return to work and discover that the order is incorrect. This issue has occurred multiple times, and on several occasions we have received the wrong drinks.
