I am very disappointed with the staff and service. Never going to recommend anyone. First of all the front staff girl ‘s behaviour is very rude towards the customers. And then if you don’t have the eatable things prepared, kindly do-not take the payment. Let the customer know that you do-not have the particular food item. You cannot take money and then tell us. I don't wanna give them a single star, such a rude behaviour with customers even didn't give proper order, after getting payment they are telling that the item is out of stock and no refund nothing...no customer service, zero in everything I'll not recommend anyone to visit there, there speciality is to do customer mood off.

I visited this location with my little brother and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. First of all, the service was extremely slow. I placed a self-order and still had to wait around 15–20 minutes just for a small iced capp. When I went to ask, the staff casually said they were “making it”, which was frustrating considering how simple the order was.
