Coffee was tasteless with almost half of the Tim Hortons’s cup. Can’t believe such standards are carried out in Canada…
Outstanding services.
Very disappointed from the front staff. Today we went for breakfast and we ordered our usual bagel with hash browns inside which is triple toasted but the staff insisted on double toasted as triple toasted would have been burnt. She rudely said if it’s burnt then they will not replace it. We then agreed for double toasted but expected it wasn’t as we wanted and when we asked them to replace it with triple toasted. Great service however, harsh supervisor whom I saw correcting a junior staff in the presence of everyone. I really wish I got her name. She said to the attendant and her quote her words "what sort of nails are these? (yea the nails were long and painted which I believe are against the ethics of sales) If I see them like this by tomorrow I'll cut them myself. Do you hear me?". Those were her words in my or presence and that was completely wrong. Correct your colleague professionally not in that shabby manner before customers.... read more
