My husband asked for a raisin oatmeal cookie and they gave him the peanut butter cookie instead. My husband is highly allergic and realized right away. Please double check all food items when giving to customers this could’ve gone really bad if he hadn’t noticed.
They never take your order. You have to stand for 10 minutes until they take your order. And then it takes them forever to make the order. Very bad experience
Service is bad. I went here 3 times on different weekday mornings around 9-9:30am and the cashier is very rude to asian customers and very nice to caucasians which is surprising because she herself is of Indian descent. She has also given me very old, hard and stale slytherin donuts on those 3 separate visits. It felt like biting into a day or two old donut. Very poor service. Please don’t come at night there’s barely any staff, and you end up waiting forever in line. Definitely avoid coming at night if you can.
