I went to the drive thru today at around 5pm and whoever made my ice cap I just want to tell you I am so grateful. This is the most best Ice cap i’ve had.
Asked for a double double with milk in drive thru, mind you I drink it every morning, and this one was made wrong so went back, and drive thru employee insisted she made it double double with milk, I said no its not made right so she made a new one unwillingly and I opened the lid on both and showed her the obvious difference on both cups and she just kept insisting both are the same and basically told me to go on with my day very rudely. Picture attached. I believe the first coffee made was lacking 1 milk and sugar

I regularly take steeped tea and breakfast. Always fresh and best service.
Stopped here for coffee and a snack. Everything was fresh and nicely prepared. The staff were friendly, welcoming and my order was ready on time.
