probably the worst tim hortons in milton, literally always messing up orders. I went today through the drive thru and ordered a sausage farmers wrap and a hashbrown on the side but at the window they told me there aren't any hashbrowns so would I like anything else on the side, i said thats fine and got a donut instead. When i got home and opened my wrap there was no hashbrown in there either. I mean I understand you guys ran out but to not even tell me and give me the wrap without the hasbrown is messed up. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a Tim Hortons. The girl taking orders was flat out rude — talking down to customers, short and dismissive with basically everyone in line. It genuinely felt like she didn't want to be there and had zero interest in providing any kind of decent service. No greeting, no patience, just attitude. Everytime I go through drive through the person taking my order sounds in distress. Everytime they also get my order wrong this has happened every other time I come here and this is my neighborhood Tim shortens I go to a few times a week. My bagel was missing butter I informed them .. they took the same bagel and put butter ontop of the cream cheese… and gave me the bagel back in 10 seconds instead of making a new bagel.
