The service was awful:: We got a cold Cappuccino and as we wanted it replaced with a hot one the guy at the counter just filled it up with some hot water!!!
very disorganized they took names then didnt call them and asked who ordered this incomplete orders missing items
They aways get my Chai Tea Latte order wrong, so stopped ordering it (they put coffee in it). Just a tip its similar to a London Fog except you use Chai Tea. I also witnessed an employee (young man) be rude to a young Indigenous girl there. She informed them they got her order wrong and requested for the right drink respectfully. They refused to fix her order saying they lose money that way.
