I was very disappointed with my experience at the Tim Hortons on Highway 25. I was standing in line waiting to be helped, and several employees were walking around and looking at me, but no one acknowledged me or even said, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” I understand that it can get busy, but a simple acknowledgment would have made a big difference.
