I had a bad experience at the Drive-Thru of this Tim Hortons. The girl taking my order didn’t get it right, even though I clearly told her what I wanted. I also said "hello" to be polite, but she didn’t reply it. She wasn’t friendly or respectful while serving the order. Good customer service really matters, and this experience was disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
