The worst experience at tim hortons. I asked for iced coffee with lactose free milk and i got the regular milk instead and i have serious allergies with 2% milk. They made my iced coffee with the regular milk and instantly i got allergies all over my face. You guys need to put some trained people on taking orders those who know how to take proper orders.
