Cramped location, front where the registers are is very tight. Would do well to expand location into the parking spots that are directly in front of the building. Other than that the staff here are a delight, they are prompt, and handle the drinks and food very well.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but my experience at this tim hortons was disappointing. The service I received from a kid named Keonte was unprofessional and dismissive. He seemed uninterested in helping customers and gave me attitude when I asked simple questions about the menu. He has a very rude way of talking to a customer. I usually come here in the evenings to get a coffee but its always been a good experience but not this one. if this happens frequently then I will stop coming out here.Customer service should make... read more
This Tim Hortons is terrible between the hours for 6-7pm. They never have stepped tea ready. Kids working are very rude. When I visit this location during the day and I never have problems
There’s a Woman called Sandeep from Khalistan someone in the store should teach her how to communicate and what customer service is and how to behave in a food service industry , Tim Hortons reputation is spoiled by bad hires like Sandeep . Companies doesn’t destroy companies , it’s the people who represent a company destroy companies reputation.
