I visited this location today and my friend had placed an order via drive thru. The girl named, SONIA, had the audacity and the nerve to argue when simply asked whether she was the one who took the order, as she was rude and insulting. When asked for her name, she said no, I had to step in to the store and ask another colleague as Sonia didn’t have the guts to face a customer whom she had just insulted. if i could give 0 stars i would. worst tims ever. made me order wrong twice and was listening to music on airpods and dancing while making my order wrong. horrible. don’t go. worst employees ever. the only decently good person was the supervisor. tried to make me pay for the wrong order. horrible. never will go here again.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but my experience at this tim hortons was disappointing. The service I received from a kid was unprofessional and dismissive. He has a very rude way of talking to a customer. I usually come here in the evenings to get a donuts but its always been a good experience but not this one. if this happens frequently then I will stop coming out here.Customer service should make people feel welcome—unfortunately, instead of lough on them.
