Most rude Tim Horton service I encounter. At around 4:00AM, I’ve been patiently waiting and politely toward the server yet his attitude and response was unprofessional. I’m with a new born and his actions towards me is not justified and the behaviour is unacceptable. Making me waiting long period of time just to making clean sounds at the back then acts rude.
Sincerely is it even worth complaining 😕? Because i have observed that all before me have complains and it seems no difference is made except guidance to visit your guest care.. who has the time to waste..!! Nevertheless let me share my experience for record purposes which i don't know if it will bring any difference. I sent my son to get a cup of coffee with milk and no sugar, whilst i was waiting in the emergency at 2am in the morning. He brought the cup with black coffee with sugar and i am diabetic. While visiting a family member at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, I stopped at the Tim Hortons located in the basement. I ordered two grilled chicken wraps and specifically advised the cashier that I did not want breaded chicken, only grilled chicken. When I asked whether the chicken was breaded, the cashier responded "no" and said something further that I could not clearly understand. Better not to go there , food is so bad . Rude service . you will wait 20 mins for your drink . it’s a drink not rocket science
