Very disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons today. I went through the drive-thru to order an iced coffee and Timbits. When I scanned my rewards points, the employee repeated the wrong order. After I corrected her, she responded very rudely by saying, “Then why did you scan points?” I stayed polite, took my order, and left. They never listen to you, what you asking for and even tho repeating your things for thousand times they will be still not able to make it and literally they have zero professionalism and they should learn some communication skills. Worst ever, Tims Ive been to and waiting time is more than 10-20 mins super easily.

I had one of the best experiences at Tim Hortons recently. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. Tajinder, who is the supervisor, truly stood out. She knows her work very well and shows great leadership qualities. You can see her effort in how well the place is maintained and decorated, it creates a really nice environment.
