Very kind
Terrible service. The lady at the window spilled hot coffee on my hand because she was rushing....this happened multiple times. Never got my order right. I had to find a different store on my way to work. This is completely unacceptable. How are they not seeing these reviews and improving the service?
It's always a strange experience here. You tell them your order, they repeat something entirely different. If you're walking in, you'll be ignored completely. Or better than that, you'll tell them your order and some lady behind will repeat it in another language for them to understand. I wish I could give this place a zero.
Line was very long. I ordered a large steeped tea with a donut. The donut was ok, but the tea was awful. The tea was so strong and tasted like it had been steeped for hours. I couldn't even drink it, it was so bad.
Today I visited Tim Hortons and purchased a coffee and a muffin (hazelnut flavor). After that, I politely asked the staff for a survey code so I could get a coffee for my friend. Unfortunately, the staff member refused in a very rude manner. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. I don’t feel like visiting this location again.
