Update as of March 24th: The manager was kind enough to reach out to me, apologize and make it right. Appreciate them reaching out and going above and beyond to correct the issue. Please explain how a Tim's that says it closes at 10pm has literally no donuts available for purchase around 4pm. Went in to pick up a dozen donuts and stood at the cash being ignored as staff walked back and forth by the cash. Please explain how a Tim's that says it closes at 10pm has literally no donuts available for purchase around 4pm. Went in to pick up a dozen donuts and stood at the cash being ignored as staff walked back and forth by the cash. Finally someone came to the cash and I asked if they had any more donuts in back as they had maybe 4 plain ones in the entire display and was told no. Promptly turned around and left. What a waste of time. Won't go back.
Absolute crooks they refused to give me back my money after I decided I didn't want there terrible food and even worse customer service. They should be embarrassed and close there doors. TRASH!
I had my first Physio appointment this afternoon, decided to get coffee for my mother and I. We ordered two French vanillas, pure foam, and not even any flavor I swear to God. The worst experience from a Tim Hortons ever. This location doesn't care.
