Zainab and Dilpreet, give me the best service customer service. They both are very polite and good food. , good atmosphere. I love this place. That is the reason I want to give them five star.
Worst Tim Hortons in the city. They never have inventory and always run out of stock. Whether it be Matcha, flavouring, croissants, muffins, you name it. They’re always out of stock. Need new management

They don’t care about online orders, don’t order online. They print the slip, don’t prepare for 15 minutes, u have to go there and tell them to make it and then they start. They don’t even know that they are supposed to put white sheets in panini press before grilling the sandwich. Awful service🤮
The Ice Capp was really good but the building seemed old and there wasn’t alot of seats the order took a while but the worker was nice
