If there is a worse Tim Horton's in Canada I have never seen it. They are perpetually understaffed so you have to wait way longer in line that at other locations. I just had a 5 minute plus wait at their drive as the only car there, and when I picked up my order the "two hot chocolates" were both cups of hot water that I did not notice until I got home. 11am on a Tuesday and there was 4 varieties of timbits, and two were plain. 4 types of donuts, again, leaning on the plain varieties. What happened to TH? Where are the donuts? Timbits? When issue was mentioned to staff .... complete and utter apathy. This isn't the first time this location has had no variety mid-day. Clearly owner doesn't care. The worst tim Horton I’ve ever visit in my life. 10 minute waiting time in drive thru even for 2 cars and i just order a glass of water. Even water she gave me is hot
